Thanks Anita!

We know we have the best volunteers! They dedicate their time to bettering the lives of cats, and support other organizations like Daisy Cares.

We recently volunteered at Daisy Cares food distribution with District 3. We invited our friends at District 3 to attend one of our free TNR classes. Next class date will be September 14th!

Thank you SAFCC Volunteer, Anita!

Thank you Jan and Lorraine!

When two sisters, Veronica and Emily, were getting an eviction from their complex, they scrambled to rehome their rescues. They successfully rehomed nine cats and had just three days left to rehome their last three rescues, Miss Kitty, Lilly, and Milo (not pictured). From posting on multiple social media platforms, to knocking on doors, Veronica and Emily tried all they could think of. One of our volunteers saw their pleas and our organization stepped in to ensure these last three rescues got spayed, before connecting Veronica and Emily with SCAT. Our volunteers work miracles every day. Please donate to our organization so we can continue to look out for these precious cats.

Thank you Jan and Lorraine for stepping in to help!

Welcome back home, Cece!

When one of our feeders went to feed their cat colony, they noticed a new face in the bunch!

Since the cat was not ear-tipped, we assumed it was not fixed and trapped it. We later found out that the cat was a female named Cece, microchipped, but not fixed. We contacted the phone number on her microchip and learned that Cece had been missing for several months already.

Her owners allowed us to get her spayed and fully vaccinated, and drove over 20 miles to retrieve her. Microchipping and spay/neutering your pets is the most important thing pet owners can do. Welcome back home, Cece!
