Trapper Team:
Experienced trappers are needed for south Bexar County. The Trapper Team must be available to trap during the week or have a flexible work schedule. Trapping jobs are accepted from the Helpline for those not able to trap. Trappers are paid $20 per cat for the entire TNR job. All SAFCC TNR protocols must be followed.
Fosters:
Can you open your home to helpless kittens who have no where to turn? We need more fosters including one-time fosters who can help. With our growing plea list, our Helpline volunteers have been asked to refer callers to other resources for placement. Please consider providing shelter so we don’t have to turn lovable and perfectly adoptable cats away.
Wednesday Clinic:
Volunteers are needed for our once a month Wednesday spay/neuter clinic. Coverage is needed for both morning and afternoon shifts at the following times:
Morning: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Afternoon: 12 – 5 p.m.
Physical ability is needed to lift cats in traps and weigh them before surgery.
