We are proud to partner with Kerrville Pets Alive! this August to support a vital Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiative for up to 120 free-roaming cats affected by recent flooding in the Kerrville area.
Over a 4-week period, a group of our experienced volunteer trappers will humanely trap outside cats so KPA! can get them sterilized, vaccinated, and returned or relocated to screened and approved Austin-area ranches—helping to prevent overpopulation and promote healthier, safer communities.
We’re also excited to offer TNR training classes in Kerrville to empower more of their residents with the tools and knowledge to continue the TNR efforts for free-roaming cats in the Kerrville area.
This collaboration would not be possible without KPA!, Kerrville’s Big Fix TNR group, the City of Kerrville, and most of all, our dedicated SAFCC volunteers who are taking time to travel to the Kerrville community to share their expertise and passion for TNR.
