Our popular Holiday Bazaar has grown to the point where we now need committees to plan and organize our 2024 Bazaa

Our next planning meeting will be July 28th, Sunday, from 1 – 3pm. We will meet in person and also have Google Meet set up for anyone who prefers to attend online. Please review the list of committees below and email: [email protected] if you are interested in participating.

  1. Item Sorting & Pricing
  2. Vendors
  3. Refreshments
  4. Advertising & Marketing
  5. Silent Auction
  6. Room Organization & Set Up. Be there by 9AM to help set everything up. This is physical work putting up tables and chairs.
  7. Clean up and Put Up Stay after closing and help to put pack everything up and leave the room as we found it. As above, this is physical work.
  8. Music – need someone who has experience and speakers to fill the room with holiday music

This years Bazaar will be held Dec. 14th, Saturday, from 1 – 4pm. We look forward to another fun & successful Holiday Bazaar Fundraiser!
