Our galaxy-eyed beauty, Blinkin, has such a strong spirit. Being a cat that battled ocular Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), he truly doesn’t give up without a fight. Blinkin underwent 3.5 months of injections and 3 months of observation, with monthly labs throughout to get to this point. While his eyes will never look ordinary, he officially graduated from a long journey of FIP treatment and is ready to be adopted!
While we want to show just how much Blinkin’s eyes have recovered, his before photos may just be too graphic for our viewers. Blinkin went from having eyes that were completely red, to the ones that he has now.
We think that Blinkin would do best in a home with 3 or less other animals to keep his stress level down. While we have never seen how Blinkin is around dogs, he gets along well with other cats once he gets to know them! He is a sweet boy that will sometimes bathe his foster siblings and is always ready for bedtime cuddles and loves to give morning greetings. His foster mom would love to keep him forever if she could!
