We want to give special recognition and thanks to Fumiko Fujimoto who served as the ACS Community Cat Program Coordinator since August, 2015. During this time she oversaw almost 35,000 spay/neuter surgeries! To know Fumiko, is to know a huge cat advocate, who always goes above and beyond to help cats and people, and always with a smile.
She steered thousands to our TNR Class and we will certainly miss her as a great TNR partner. Fumiko is staying with the ACS family and we’d like to congratulate her on being selected to be their Volunteer Coordinator! Her positive, upbeat purrsonality is purrfect for that job! AND we know that every new volunteer will know what TNR is, probably, before they learn anything else!
Congratulations, Fumiko! This is not farewell, but see you around…. and we’ll be looking for that big smile!
